Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales at The Frosting Room are final. Due to the perishable nature of our handmade chocolates and strict food safety/hygiene protocols, we enforce a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy.

• No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it enters our production cycle immediately to ensure same-day delivery. We cannot cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed.

• No Returns/Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, taste preference, or delivery delays.
